History & Know-how
Created in 1982, the CGF Charcuterie company is the story of two brothers and a friend.
It all starts in Coulogne in the family workshop. Since the beginning of the activity, our policy has been focused on 2 points:
- Product quality
- Supply of raw materials in the region (100% of pigs born and raised in Hauts-de-France)
Our recipes are simple recipes from our region which have always been the same for 3 generations.
In 2008, Manuel and Romain joined the company with the aim of taking it over.
The story continues... After participating in the creation of the Nord-Pas-de-Calais regional label in 1986 then Saveurs en Or in 2004, in 2018 we implemented online traceability for all our products: it is a first in the world of charcuterie.
